Support
TailLedger keeps pet-care records on your iPhone, without an account. The steps below cover the most common questions while preserving your local data.
Email 67-theory.ghee@icloud.com for help or feedback. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem. You do not need TestFlight to contact support.
Common questions
- Manage or restore TailLedger Plus: manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. To restore active access, open More → Edit pet profile → Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that subscribed.
- Move or protect your records: open More → Backup & restore and create a JSON backup in Files. TailLedger has no account or cloud database, so make a backup before replacing, erasing, or restoring your iPhone.
- Missing reminders: confirm notifications are allowed in iPhone Settings → Notifications → TailLedger. Opening a saved reminder in TailLedger also shows its current permission and schedule status.
- Share a care sheet: open More → Share with a sitter, create the PDF, then choose Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Print, or Save to Files from Apple's share sheet.
- Smart Import: choose a clear, well-lit photo with readable text, review every extracted field, and confirm only when it matches the source. Nothing is written to your records before confirmation.
- Delete local data: use More → Delete all local data. This permanently removes local app data and scheduled reminders, so create a backup first if you may need the records again.
Purchase help
Apple processes TailLedger Plus purchases and refunds. If Restore purchases does not find your purchase, verify the Apple Account under iPhone Settings → your name → Media & Purchases. For billing, receipt, or refund help, use Apple’s Report a Problem.
