TailLedger records

TailLedger is a record-keeping and care-handoff tool. It organizes information entered or confirmed by the owner. It does not diagnose a condition, interpret symptoms, recommend treatment, replace a veterinarian, or provide dosing advice. Contact a veterinarian for medical decisions and local emergency services for an emergency.

Local storage and sharing

Pet-care records are stored on the device. TailLedger does not provide an account, hosted backup, or cloud sync. You are responsible for maintaining any backup and for choosing appropriate recipients and destinations when sharing a PDF or backup file.

TailLedger Plus

When offered, TailLedger Plus is an auto-renewable subscription processed by Apple. It unlocks unlimited pet profiles and Smart Imports while active. The free app includes one pet profile and one successfully confirmed Smart Import. Existing pet records, reminders, dose logs, emergency information, manual records, exports, and backups remain accessible after cancellation or expiration.

TailLedger Plus is offered at $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year in the U.S.; Apple shows the localized price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless canceled. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Use Restore purchases in TailLedger after reinstalling or moving to another compatible device. Deleting local app data does not cancel a subscription. Refunds and purchase disputes are handled under Apple’s applicable App Store terms and processes.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not rely on TailLedger as the only copy of information needed in an emergency. Features may change where required for reliability, safety, law, or platform policy. Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass platform purchase systems, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Support and changes

Use the public support page for help. Material changes to these terms will update the effective date and be presented as required by applicable law or App Store policy.
